Senior Scientist, Discovery Research (Immuno-Oncology)
Responsibilities：
1. Research and propose target and indication selection, and lead project initiation.
2. Design, develop and optimize in vitro immune cell functional assays.
3. High-throughput CAR construct screening in vitro and in vivo.
4. Develop and evaluate genetically engineered primary T cells.
5. Potential to supervise and lead a team of 1–2 research technicians.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally within internal multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating lead isolation, generation and screening activities.
7. Manage project progress and timelines, and provide regular updates toward specific project objectives.
Qualifications：
1. Ph.D. in Immunology or Molecular Biology.
2. Strong hands-on laboratory skills.
3. Experience with immune cell model systems, in vitro assay development and drug candidate validation.
4. Demonstrated high level of initiative in troubleshooting experiments and developing new methods and techniques.
5. Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment of rigorous science and innovative thinking.
6. Highly organized and self-driven in goal setting and execution.
7. Strong publication record or equivalent achievements in industry.
