岗位职责
Key Responsibilittes
 Assume end-to-end accountability for antibody programs spanning target discovery through
clinical-stage development, with a strong emphasis on advancing candidates to Preclinical
Candidate (PCC) and, where applicable, to IND submission.
 Lead new target assessment and feasibility analysis; track cutting-edge technology
developments.
 Orchestrate target validation, antibody discovery, CMC, non-clinical studies, and clinical
transition, leading cross-functional teams to drive innovative molecules efficiently toward
the clinic.
 Serve as a subject-matter expert in professional communications with partners and external
clients, leveraging excellent English proficiency.

Qualiffcattons
 Educatton: Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Oncology, or a closely related ffeld.
 Experience:
• 8+ years of industrial R&D experience in antibody therapeutics, including 5+ years in
team management.
• Proven track record of leading at least 1–2 antibody projects from target discovery
through IND submission.
• Experience advancing programs into clinical stages is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in large biotech or multinational corporate (MNC) settings is a plus.
