岗位职责
1. Plattorm Constructton & Executton – Design, build, and opttmize a state-of-the-art, high-throughput
protein engineering plattorm tailored for mAb discovery. Establish standardized standard operattng procedures and seamless data management systems.
2. AI & Computattonal Integratton – Champion the adoptton of computattonal and AI/ML-driven
approaches (e.g., predicttve structure modeling, rattonal design, generattve AI for protein sequences) to complement empirical anttbody engineering and accelerate discovery ttmelines.
3. Anttbody Discovery & Opttmizatton – Drive hands-on efforts and technical strategy for anttbody humanizatton, afffnity maturatton, liability mittgatton, and structural opttmizatton to ensure high developability and efffcacy.
4. Technology Leadership – Evaluate and integrate advanced high-throughput automatton plattorms, structural biology techniques, and next-generatton screening workffows to enhance plattorm efffciency.
5. Cross-Functtonal & Global Collaboratton – Partner closely with internal Immunology, Pharmacology, and Computattonal Biology teams. Serve as a core scienttffc representattve, collaborattng effecttvely with global MNC partners and external vendors.
6. Mentorship & Scienttffc Rigor – Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of scienttsts and research associates, fostering a culture of innovatton and conttnuous learning.
岗位要求
Qualiffcattons
1. Ph.D. in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Computattonal Biology, or a highly related scienttffc discipline.
2. 8+ years of industry experience in biopharma, with a strong, demonstrated focus on biologics drug discovery and protein engineering.
3. MNC Background: Signiffcant tenure working within a Multtnattonal Corporatton (MNC). Must be highly comfortable navigattng global matrix environments, internattonal compliance standards, and cross-border scienttffc collaborattons.
4. Plattorm Building: Proven track record of successfully constructtng or signiffcantly upgrading a protein engineering or anttbody discovery pipeline.
5. Deep understanding of mAb discovery workffows, including target validatton, hit generatton, lead opttmizatton, and comprehensive developability assessments.
6. Strong experttse in structural biology techniques and rattonal, structure-based drug design.
7. AI & Computattonal Fluency: Demonstrated experience using, or closely collaborattng with teams using, computattonal protein design tools (e.g., AlphaFold, Rosetta) and an understanding of how to generate high-quality biological datasets to train or leverage AI/ML models.
8. Global Collaboratton: Strong ability to communicate effecttvely and lead scienttffc discussions across global, cross-functtonal teams and matrixed organizattons.
9. Strategic Communicatton: Ability to clearly arttculate complex scienttffc and computattonal concepts to both highly technical peers and executtve audiences.
