Job Description:
- Participate in research projects related to sustainable development and CSR, including research framework development, research object interview, data collection and analysis, etc;
- Responsible for the writing of Research Report;
- Participate in and improve the database website of management research team;
- Participate in the company's internal research support work;
- Participate in other projects and activities of the research and innovation department. Such as writing and editing research quarterly, publishing research results, etc;
- Participate in the application of relevant research topics by the research and innovation department, including data collection, bidding documents preparation and planning, etc.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above, major is not limited, social science, economy, management, environment is preferred;
- 1-2 years working experience, with CSR or sustainable development research experience is preferred;
- Have a certain understanding of CSR and sustainable development, and is willing to develop in this field;
- Have the ability to carry out research independently, be familiar with basic social science research theories, methods and tools, and be able to use basic data analysis tools;
- Good analytical and writing skills, preferably in academic journals, newspapers, etc;
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with the ability to write English research reports;
- Have the ability of fast learning, keen insight and innovative consciousness, and the ability of systematic thinking and analysis;
- Good coordination ability, strong logical thinking ability;
- Good communication skills, team awareness, teamwork ability;
- Rigorous and meticulous in work, able to work with a positive attitude under pressure;
- Familiar with Word / Excel / Power Point and other office software.
