Job Description:
- Collect and analyze data and participate in the planning of project;
- Design promotion scheme for the project, effectively improve the influence of CSR;
- Participate in daily work communication with clients and write meeting minutes;
- Participate in the preparation of the first draft of the consulting report and the draft of the consulting project results;
- Participate in the implementation of consulting projects, conduct investigation and interview truthfully, etc;
- Participate in the daily project management of clients and ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the expected objectives;
- Complete all tasks entrusted by customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, majors are not limited;
- 1 year (Graduate) or 2 years (undergraduate) working experience in related fields;
- Understand the operation mode of enterprises, be familiar with the current situation of domestic NGOs, and have the experience of corporate CSR is preferred;
- Have some cognition and experience in CSR Promotion;- Strong ability of logic analysis, information processing and data analysis;
- Strong Chinese and English writing ability, excellent English expression ability;
- Good sense of communication and teamwork, strong logical thinking ability;
- Rigorous and meticulous, able to work with a positive attitude under pressure;
- Familiar with word / Excel / power point and other office software.
