STCM Project Manager (Consulting Service)

Location: Beijing/Shanghai
Number: 1-3 person per city
Job Description:
- Organize consluting team to conduct planning, construstion and management of CSR consulting project；
- Design and plan project based on clients' needs and communication with clients；
- Write consulting report with teammate or by yourself；
- Coordinate team work and provide training and guidance to consulting assistant, and review the result of assistant；
- Participate in the writing and bidding of project proposal ；
- Participate in the design, modification and improvement of consulting scheme；
- Flexible selection and use of various consulting methods and analysis models according to the needs of the project and practical operation.
Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above, majors are not limited；
- 2 years (Graduate) or 3 years (undergraduate) working experience in CSR or sustainable development related fields, with project management experience in consulting industry preferred；
- Understand and master relevant knowledge and tools of project management, and have strong project management ability；
- Strong writing, research and analysis skills；
- Good coordination ability, strong logical thinking ability, good communication skills, team awareness, and the ability to find and solve problems；
- Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate and write in English；
- Rigorous and meticulous, able to work with a positive attitude under pressure；
- Familiar with word / Excel / power point and other office software.
