AVP/VP/SVP, Asset & Liability Management Department (Asset & Liability Management)

岗位职责
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and systems related to asset and liability management.

2. Formulate business development plans and annual business plans, prepare business budgets, formulate assessment measures, promote the implementation and execution of business plans and budget assessment, optimize the structure of assets and liabilities, and maintain a dynamic balance of resource allocation.

3. Carry out asset liability management and comprehensive operation analysis on a monthly basis, organize ALCO meetings and operation analysis meetings.

4. Responsible for formulating and implementing policies related to interest rate management and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) management, optimizing pricing management mechanisms and strategies to enhance the NIM (Net Interest Margin) level and total NII (Net Interest Income);

5. Responsible for establishing and executing capital management policies, frameworks, and strategies. Conducting measurement and disclosure of capital adequacy ratio and leverage ratio, ensuring controlled growth of risk-weighted assets, compliance with capital adequacy ratio and leverage ratio requirements, and improvement of capital efficiency across the institution.

6. Organize and carry out performance appraisal work for all organizations across the bank, break down and issue performance target of each organisation, monitor and analyze the implementation of assessment target for each organization, track and evaluate the effect of strategic implementation.

岗位要求
1. Minimum 3 years of banking experience. Be familiar with commercial bank asset and liability allocation, budgeting and planning, operating analysis, FTP management, capital management, etc.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong data analysis and report writing skills.

3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility, execution capability, teamwork spirit, and proactive, innovative mindset.

4. Problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently and under pressure

5. Good command in both written and spoken Chinese(including Putonghua) and English.
