AVP/VP/SVP, Asset & Liability Management Department ( Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and interest rate pricing management)

岗位职责
1. Oversee the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and interest rate pricing governance.

2. Develop FTP pricing rules and policy frameworks, define annual implementation plans, lead execution and oversight, and drive results application and performance evaluation.

3. Construct and publish FTP pricing curves, design pricing methodologies and product rates, conduct dynamic adjustments based on business needs, and monitor and analyze FTP operational performance.

4. Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis of FTP implementation across business units and the Central Funding Unit (CFU), and formulate asset-liability management (ALM) strategies and optimization measures.

5. Manage product interest rate pricing by establishing policies, strategies, and approval frameworks, and review transactions exceeding delegated pricing authorities for branches or departments.

岗位要求
1. Minimum 3 years of banking experience, with familiarity in the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and interest rate pricing management practices.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong data analysis and report writing skills.

3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility, execution capability, teamwork spirit, and proactive, innovative mindset.

4. Problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently and under pressure

5. Good command in both written and spoken Chinese(including Putonghua) and English.
