资深角色原画

岗位职责
1.负责根据游戏风格和需求制作人物概念设计，绘制游戏的角色设定，包括角色性格特点、面部表情，能明确的诠释角色；
2.根据制作计划按时完成任务并跟进角色的最终表现效果。

岗位要求
1.美术相关专业，3年以上角色原画工作经验；
2.熟练掌握Painter或Photoshop，擅长欧美写实风格；
3.有良好的美术功底，丰富的创造力，想象力和造型能力；
4.良好的沟通能力，沟通能力与协作能力，可以独挡一面，对策划需求有自己的见解和方案 ；
5.执行力强，能根据主管的要求，快速调整和反馈；

Job Duties
1.Be responsible for making character concept designs according to the game’s style and needs. Be able to deal with character characteristics, facial expressions, and be able to clearly interpret how a character should look like
2.Complete the task on time according to the production plan and follow up with the characters based on their performance in-game

Job Requirements
1.Art-related majors with more than 3 years of experience in character drawing
2.Be familiar with Painter or Photoshop, and be good at European and American realism
3.Have good art skills and be creative and imaginative
4.Have good communication and collaboration skills. Be able to work alone and have your own opinions
5.Be able to execute a project and quickly adjust and listen to feedback according to the requirements of the supervisor
