我们正在寻找一位有原创角色IP代表作、并完整跑通过商业化链路的创作者。你将从真实创作与商业化视角，帮助团队打磨AI角色IP创作产品，让产品更贴近角色IP从创意到市场的真实需求。

「主要职责：」

· IP创作指导：参与原创角色IP的策划与创作，指导角色设定、视觉形象、世界观构建及持续内容生产；

· 创作方法沉淀：梳理角色IP从创意孵化到内容生产的专业方法，协助团队沉淀创作规范、知识库、AI Skills及质量评测标准；

· 产品共创与优化：结合真实创作经验，参与AI角色IP创作产品的方案设计、效果评测与体验优化，推动产品更贴合实际创作流程；

· 商业化探索：基于IP孵化、内容传播、粉丝运营及商业变现经验，指导产品场景探索与落地验证。

「任职要求：」

· 具备原创角色IP代表作品，有一定行业知名度、粉丝基础或成功商业化经验；

· 深入理解角色IP创作生态，熟悉角色设计、内容生产、传播运营及商业化链路；

· 具备较强的创作方法总结能力，能够将专业经验转化为可复用的创作流程与质量标准；

· 对AI创作技术与行业趋势保持好奇，愿意参与AI产品共创和创新实践。

「加分项：」

· 有AI图像/视频创作、Agent Skills或AI创作工作流实践经验；

· 有个人IP品牌或工作室运营经验。

About This Role:

We are seeking a character IP creator with original, commercially validated works to serve as a consultant for our AI character IP creation product. You will bring a practitioner's perspective — grounded in real creation and monetization experience — to help ensure the product aligns with how character IPs actually move from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Guide the planning and creation of original character IPs, providing direction on character identity, visual design, world-building and ongoing content production;

· Distill end-to-end creation methodologies — from creative incubation to content production — into codified standards, knowledge assets, AI Skills and quality evaluation frameworks;

· Collaborate with the product team on solution design, output evaluation and experience optimization, using real creator workflows to keep the product grounded in practice;

· Advise on commercialization scenarios, drawing on your experience in IP incubation, content distribution, fan community engagement and revenue generation to inform product validation.

Requirements:

· A portfolio of original character IP works with recognized industry standing, a substantive fan base, or proven commercial success;

· Deep understanding of the character IP creation ecosystem, spanning character design, content production, distribution, audience operations and monetization;

· Demonstrated ability to translate professional experience into repeatable creation processes and quality standards;

· Genuine curiosity about AI creation technology and industry trends, with a willingness to engage in product co-creation and experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with AI image or video generation, Agent Skills or AI-assisted creative workflows;

· Experience managing a personal IP brand or independent studio.
