Media Solution AI Product Manager

职位描述

1. Own the product strategy and commercialization of Media Solution for Campaign, developing scalable marketing solutions for merchants across global markets.

2. Integrate onsite messaging, community channels, paid media/traffic, and landing page capabilities into standardized product packages, covering targeting, resource mix, content, delivery, and measurement.

3. Work closely with commercial, regional operations, design, data, and engineering teams to turn merchant and market needs into reusable product capabilities and drive end-to-end launches.

4. Apply AI and automation to improve campaign setup, content and landing page creation, audience/resource recommendations, media delivery, and performance optimization; define appropriate human-in-the-loop controls.

5. Track product adoption, resource utilization, campaign performance, and merchant feedback, and continuously improve Media Solution through data and real business cases.

任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience in advertising, growth, CRM, marketing automation, commercial products, or related fields.

2. Strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify common product opportunities from complex merchant, regional, and operational needs.

3. Familiar with marketing funnel, traffic acquisition, audience targeting, content/landing page conversion, and campaign performance measurement. Experience in travel, e-commerce, or international products is preferred.

4. Strong interest in AI products and hands-on experience with AI tools. Able to understand how AI, agents, and automation can be applied to real business workflows, while balancing automation and human judgment.

5. Strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent English communication skills are preferred, with the ability to work effectively across regions and teams.
