岗位描述
1.设计搭建自动驾驶能力评估体系，覆盖数据质量、鲜度、覆盖率及下游使用效果，驱动自动驾驶能力提升；
2.参与制定/规划符合功能安全规范的自动驾驶软件及地图数据的评估框架和评估方法；
3.负责高精地图数据和算法功能全链路质量保障：数据质检、测试与版本回归，制定测试计划、设计测试场景、执行评估并撰写报告；
4.基于实车/仿真场景验证地图数据在下游模块（定位、感知、规控）中的使用效果，负责问题分析、定位与归因（地图问题/算法问题），通过系统分析和数据分析为部门提供高价值研发数据；针对海外区5.域，关注当地交通规则、标志标线体系与国内的差异，保障海外地图数据质量；
5.负责利用 SIL、HIL、VIL 以及相关技术手段对地图及自动驾驶系统进行全面评估；
6.对接海外业务，与当地路测同事用英语进行日常沟通（口头/书面），同步路测问题与数据、推动地图问题归因和验证闭环；能适应跨时区协作；
1.Design and build the evaluation framework for autonomous driving capabilities, covering data quality, freshness, coverage, and downstream usability, driving continuous improvement of autonomous driving performance;
2.Participate in defining and planning evaluation frameworks and methodologies for autonomous driving software and map data, in compliance with functional safety standards;
3.Own end-to-end quality assurance for HD map data and algorithm features: data quality inspection, testing, and release regression; develop test plans, design test scenarios, execute evaluations, and deliver reports;
4.Verify the usability of map data in downstream modules (localization, perception, planning & control) based on real-vehicle and simulation scenarios; analyze, locate, and attribute issues (map vs. algorithm), and deliver high-value R&D insights through systematic and data-driven analysis; for overseas regions, pay close attention to local differences in traffic rules, signs, and road markings compared with China, ensuring map data quality abroad;
5.Conduct comprehensive evaluation of maps and the autonomous driving system using SIL, HIL,VIL and other technical approaches;
6.Interface with overseas business teams, communicating in English (spoken and written) with local road-test colleagues on a daily basis — syncing road-test issues and data, and driving issue attribution and closed-loop verification; able to adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration;
任职要求
1.对自动驾驶有热情，愿意在自动驾驶领域方向深耕发展；
2.编程基础扎实，精通 C++/Python 语言，有熟练代码能力和数据分析能力，熟练使用 Linux 操作系统；
3.对质量保障有较好的理解和务实态度；具备扎实的软件测试知识，了解模块测试、集成测试、系统测试等相关概念；
4.有流程优化、技术创新意识，主动通过技术手段提升测试与评估效率；
5.了解高精地图数据模型与要素体系，熟悉自动驾驶/辅助驾驶系统；
6.英语可作为工作语言，能独立与海外路测团队进行口头和书面沟通（会议、报告、问题同步）；应届生要求 CET-6 及以上或同等水平。本项为硬性要求，本岗位部分面试环节将以英语进行（口语交流为主），请候选人提前准备；能适应跨时区远程协作；
7.在自动驾驶、人工智能、无人机、机器人、图商（高精地图生产/编译/质检）等领域有经验者优先；
8.有自动驾驶算法评估或地图相关（GIS、测绘、SLAM、地图匹配）的研究经验与论文发表者优先；
9.有自动驾驶仿真测试工具平台开发或测试经验者优先。
1.Passionate about autonomous driving and committed to long-term growth in this field;
2.Solid programming fundamentals; proficient in C++/Python with strong coding and data analysis skills; fluent with the Linux operating system;
3.Good understanding of quality assurance with a pragmatic attitude; solid foundation in software testing, familiar with module, integration, and system testing;
4.Mindset for process optimization and technical innovation, proactively improving testing and evaluation efficiency through technical means;
5.Knowledge of HD map data models and feature schemas; familiar with autonomous/assisted driving systems;
6.English as a working language — able to independently communicate with overseas road-test teams, verbally and in writing (meetings, reports, issue sync-up); CET-6 or equivalent as the minimum for new graduates. This is a mandatory requirement. Some interview rounds will be conducted in English (primarily spoken) — please prepare accordingly;Able to adapt to cross-time-zone remote collaboration;
7.Experience in autonomous driving, AI, drones/UAVs, robotics, or map providers (HD map production, compilation, or quality inspection) is a plus;
8.Research experience in autonomous driving algorithm evaluation or map-related areas (GIS, surveying & mapping, SLAM, map matching), with published papers, is a plus;
9.Experience in developing or testing autonomous driving simulation platforms is a plus.
