The incumbent performs routine plant operation, monitoring, inspection, and troubleshooting activities to maintain plant safety, equipment reliability, and product quality. The position also supports maintenance activities, emergency response, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational and business objectives.

该岗位负责装置的日常操作、运行监控、设备巡检及异常处置工作，确保生产安全、设备可靠和产品质量符合要求。同时，配合设备维护、应急响应及持续改进活动，支持运营目标和业务目标的达成。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES：

Operate and monitor the ASU plant in accordance with operating procedures and safety requirements.

按照操作规程和安全要求进行空分装置（ASU）的运行监控和操作。

Monitor and control process parameters to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operation, and achieve gaseous product supply and liquid production targets in accordance with the production plan.

监控并调整工艺参数，确保装置安全、稳定、高效运行，按照生产计划完成气体产品供应和液体产品生产目标。

Conduct routine plant rounds, equipment inspections, and operational checks to identify abnormalities, maintain equipment reliability, and ensure product quality meets customer and company requirements.

开展日常装置巡检、设备检查和运行状态确认，及时发现并处理异常情况，保障设备可靠运行，并确保产品质量满足客户及公司要求。

Participate in trailer loading, pipeline delivery operations, plant startup and shutdown, process transitions, troubleshooting, and emergency response activities in accordance with established procedures.

按照既定程序参与槽车充装、管网输送、装置开停车、工况切换、故障排查及应急响应工作。

Assist plant engineers and maintenance personnel in preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maximize plant availability.

协助工艺工程师及维修人员开展预防性和预测性维护工作，提高设备可靠性，减少停机时间并提升装置可利用率。

Report equipment abnormalities in a timely manner and support the implementation of corrective actions.

及时报告设备异常情况，并协助落实相关纠正和改进措施。

Strictly comply with all company EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; participate in safety inspections, audits, and site safety programs to promote a strong safety culture and achieve zero incidents.

严格遵守公司EHS政策、操作程序及相关法规要求；参与安全检查、安全审核及各项安全活动，积极推动安全文化建设，实现零事故目标。

Maintain a thorough understanding of site emergency response procedures and effectively execute emergency response actions during abnormal or emergency situations.

熟悉现场应急响应程序，并能够在异常或紧急情况下有效执行应急处置措施。

Maintain effective communication with customers and collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Commercial, and other functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

与客户保持良好沟通，并与生产、维修、物流、商务等相关团队密切合作，确保业务和生产运营顺利开展。

Complete all required operational, technical, and safety training programs, continuously improve technical knowledge and operational skills, and obtain required competency certifications.

完成规定的操作、技术及安全培训，不断提升专业知识和操作技能，并取得岗位所需资格认证。

Maintain accurate operational records and ensure effective shift handover communication.

准确填写运行记录并做好交接班沟通工作。

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, quality, productivity, and overall plant performance; perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager.

参与持续改进活动，不断提升安全、可靠性、质量、生产效率及装置整体绩效，并完成生产主管或工厂经理安排的其他工作。
