As part of its next phase of growth, they are currently seeking a Head of Talent & Culture based in Hong Kong. About The Role
Working closely with the Chairman and executive leadership team, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for driving the people agenda across the global organisation.
Leading a lean HR team based in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will be responsible for rebuilding and strengthening group-wide HR governance, partnering with international subsidiaries, and ensuring a more consistent and scalable people framework across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the group HR, people and culture function across multiple international markets.
Partner closely with senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement efforts as the organisation enters its next phase of growth.
Strengthen group-level HR governance and establish greater alignment across global subsidiaries.
Support M&A activities, business integration and international expansion projects.
Build scalable HR processes, policies and operating frameworks suitable for a fast-growing, global organisation.
Coach and influence senior stakeholders across the executive team on talent management, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
Lead, develop and optimise a lean HR team, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.
Requirements
20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience gained within fast-paced, high-growth and transformational environments.
Proven track record partnering with C-suite leadership teams on strategic people initiatives.
Experience supporting global or regional businesses with geographically dispersed operations.
Strong background driving organisational change, culture transformation and business growth.
Demonstrated ability to build structure, processes and governance within entrepreneurial or rapidly evolving environments.
Exposure to technology, digital, fintech, AI, TMT or other innovation-led industries would be highly preferred.
Prior experience in blockchain, digital assets or cryptocurrency sectors is advantageous but not essential.
Commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable operating within lean team structures.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior executives and founders.
Based in Hong Kong, with willingness to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
