Position: Major Tasks Position purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position) 在合规的前提下，在指定地域传递产品信息并科学、专业地与客户分享临床医学知识 确保个人业务目标的完成，协助公司完成管理层 业务目标，致力于新的商业发展，维护客户关系并向公司提供反馈。 Delivers product information and shares clinical medicine knowledge scientifically and professionally with customers under the premise of compliance and within a designated geographic territory; Ensures the achievement of personal business targets to support the leadership team in achieving the company's business objectives，and focuses on new business development, maintaining customer relationships and providing feedback to the company
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. 执行公司业务策略；Execute the company's business strategy;
2. 有效的客户管理，合理安排学术拜访、确保正确的传递产品信息；Effective customer management, reasonably arrange academic visits, and ensure correct delivery of product information;
3. 独立组织学术会议，确保依据公司流程合规执行会议；Independently organize academic meetings, ensuring compliance with company processes during the meetings;
4. 参与和支持公司的各项业务项目，确保项目落地执行；Participate in and support various business projects of the company, ensuring successful execution of projects;
5. 支持团队内、跨团队和跨产品线，跨部门合作；Support collaboration within the team, across teams, product lines, and departments;
6. 提供真实准确的业务信息反馈，支持必要的日常运营的数据更新；Provide truthful and accurate business information feedback, supporting necessary updates of daily operational data;
7. 参加公司必要的业务培训和产品知识培训，合规培训等，完成必要的专业能力考核。Attend necessary business training, product knowledge training, compliance training, etc., and complete required professional competency assessments.
WHO YOU ARE：
1. 大专及以上学历，医药相关专业；College diploma or above, majored in pharmacy/medical-related majors
2. 一定的相关工作经验；One year (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical area
3. 为人诚实、工作积极主动；Honest and proactive
4. 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力；Good business acumen and learning agility
5. 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力；Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive
6. 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的信任和学术关系的能力；Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical experts in medical field
7. 良好的创新，开拓能力；Strong innovation and exploration capabilities;
8. 良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；Self-motivated, willing to take on challenging work under pressure;
9. 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。Speech skills, good coordination and organization skills
