Medical Content Associate

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Medical Content Development and Adaptation Develop, update, and maintain medical content based on approved materials, medical evidence, and existing content assets. Create and optimize medical slide decks, scientific communication materials, training materials, medical copy, and other content assets. Select, combine, adapt, and optimize existing content for specific communication objectives, use cases, and target audiences. Deliver content in accordance with established processes and quality standards, ensuring scientific accuracy, consistency, compliance, and traceability.

Medical Information Management and Quality Support Conduct medical literature searches and gather scientific information to distill key medical evidence, core messages, and relevant insights. Support fact-checking, reference verification, version control, and basic quality review of content. Maintain content repositories, reference materials, and knowledge assets to promote content retention and reuse. Collaborate effectively with Medical, Marketing, and other relevant teams to accurately understand and deliver against content requirements.

Application of Digital and AI Tools After completing the required training, use designated digital and AI tools proficiently to organize, adapt, and develop content. Use tools in accordance with standard operating procedures to improve content production efficiency and consistency. Continuously learn new tools and ways of working and apply them in day-to-day delivery. Contribute to the continuous improvement of content production workflows, templates, and operating standards.

WHO YOU ARE

Education Degree in medicine, pharmacy, clinical medicine, biomedicine, biological sciences, or another relevant discipline.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical content, medical information, medical writing, scientific communications, or a related field.

Experience developing medical slide decks, scientific materials, training materials, or other professional content is preferred.

Professional Capabilities Sound foundational knowledge of medicine or pharmacy, with the ability to accurately understand and manage scientific content.

Ability to read English medical literature, with strong skills in information retrieval, material organization, content synthesis, and logicalcommunication.

Strong quality mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver consistently in accordance with established processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other standard office applications.

Cre Competencies Learning agility, with the ability to quickly master and effectively apply digital and AI tools through training.

Accountable and conscientious, with strong execution, service orientation, and teamwork skills.

Ability to accurately understand requirements, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Experience in medical editing, medical writing, medical information, or scientific communications.
