Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business partner in the EHS management system.
2. Support construction projects through EHS design and take responsibility for Management of Change (MOC).
3. Develop the annual EHS training plan for sites and training organizations. Coordinate Group EHS training and ensure all required training is delivered to targeted employees in a timely manner.
4. Support Group EHS activities, including Safety Month and EHS Project Awards.
5. Plan and organize weekly and monthly EHS inspections, follow up on non-conformities, and prevent safety violations.
6. Implement EHS corrective actions to achieve zero accidents and promote a zero-accident culture.
7. Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvements to reduce site safety risks.
8. Organize EHS meetings, including EHS Council meetings.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Pharmaceuticals, Environmental Engineering, or Safety Engineering related.
2. 5 years multi-national company EHS working experience, have biologics productions EHS management experience. Experience for high potent compound is preferred. Familiar with industry hygiene will be plus.
3. Good abilities for planning and execution, analysis and decision, properly deal with emergency events
4. Good English writing and speaking skill.
5. Good communication and coordination skill.
6. Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
