Assistant Manager (Structural)

岗位职责
The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the structural design and site supervision functions for our building development projects, including regular site inspections, structural and construction quality control, coordination with project management team, consultants and contractors, as well as monitoring site progress and following up issues throughout the development process.

岗位要求
Bachelor degree in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline

Member of HKIE (Structural) or equivalent is required

Minimum 5 years of post-charter civil / structural / geotechnical engineering experience in building development or construction projects from design to completion

Practical experience in regular site inspections, foundation and ELS works, reinforced concrete works, structural coordination and construction quality control

Design experience in foundation, ELS, temporary works, MiC / precast or statutory submissions is an advantage

Experience in BIM and AI applications is an advantage

Proactive, practical and willing to conduct frequent site visits, identify issues early and follow up actions to closure

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
