Manager (Asset Enhancement & Tenancy Services)

岗位职责
The successful candidate will report to the team leader and manage Asset Enhancement and Tenancy Services projects from feasibility and design through statutory submissions, tender and construction. The role involves managing projects to meet approved scope, programme, budget and quality requirements. Also, he / she will be responsible for procuring and managing consultants and contractors, ensuring timely and proper delivery of services. The successful candidate will also coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders throughout the project cycle. In addition, he / she will resolve technical and project issues in a practical and timely manner, and will conduct feasibility studies independently and prepare recommendations for management review.

岗位要求
Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline

12–15 years of relevant local experience in sizeable new-build, A&A or interior fitting-out projects with developers or consultants

Experience with a sizeable local property developer is preferred; Registered Architect or Authorized Person qualification is an advantage

Strong knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations, particularly A&A works and change of use

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with an openness to adopting AI and digital tools

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with high integrity and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
