Finance Business Partner

Job Responsibilities
Prepare periodic business analysis reports for sales units, analyze profit margins across sales regions, customer segments and product lines, identify high-value and low-efficiency businesses, and provide support for business decision-making.
Establish budget preparation principles for sales units. Leverage historical data and sales targets to lead the formulation of reasonable expense budgets, and dynamically control expense investment based on performance achievement.
Track rolling sales forecasts on a regular basis, predict performance delivery, give early warnings on budget variances, and assist business teams in resource coordination to close gaps.
Support sales bidding and quotation. Continuously optimize cost accounting and quotation profit/loss models according to business models, and assess project feasibility from a financial perspective.
Deliver financial training to sales teams (e.g., expense reimbursement policies, impact of payment collection on performance) to improve the financial awareness of business staff.
Participate in the review of sales and payment contracts, evaluate financial terms including contract structure, payment terms and prepayment ratios to mitigate potential capital risks.
Regularly report the financial status and potential risks of sales units to corporate finance headquarters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Relevant finance working experience. Strong communication and coordination skills, sharp logical thinking, good teamwork spirit. Capable of independent and smooth communication with business departments and efficient problem-solving.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, GSC, etc.)
