Senior Quantity Surveyor

岗位职责
The successful candidate will be responsible to handle pre and post contract administration works, cost estimation with analysis and maintain cost data bank, liaise with the project management team and other consultant parties.

岗位要求
Associate Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Minimum 8 years of quantity surveying experience in overall building development process from inception to completion

Solid experience with property developer in Hong Kong

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
