Manager - Quality

Job Descriptions:
❖Work with Development and Project Management to define, competitively bid, negotiate and award
best in class design and development services for global projects, and support the implementation of
procurement strategies within the Department
❖Manage the team to develop and deliver comprehensive design and construction contracts while
providing strong contractual leadership to the Procurement team
❖Deliver project cost reporting details for the Director and prepare cost information for capital funding
projects
❖Plan and manage the workload of the Department, providing guidance and mentoring to more junior
members
❖Support the Director of Development Contracts Administration in completing required administrative
tasks, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with departmental and corporate operating
procedures and policies
Position Requirements:
❖Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
❖10 years of related working experience with 6 years in managerial level, with professional
qualifications such as HKIS, RICS or equivalent
❖Good command in English, Cantonese and Chinese
❖Detailed knowledge of construction procurement processes with acute commercial awareness to work
with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners under project constraints
❖Coordinate commercial team members and supply chain consultants to complete tasks timeously
while developing departmental standard operating procedures
❖Identify risk and opportunity, ensuring adequate resources are provided to manage the situation
❖Proficiency in MS Office, with experience of Ariba, Primavera and Sage based software being an
advantage
