Job Descriptions:
❖Prioritize calls to guests strategically and as per the instruction from
management to achieve the sales target
❖Build and maintain good and sustainable relationship with guests by
becoming familiar with their preference and habit and providing the best
arrangement for every visit
❖Familiar with SOP and skillfully handle requests to minimize guest
dissatisfaction
❖Answer enquiries from customers with full knowledge on product offerings
Position Requirements:
❖Strong sales techniques and communication skills is required
❖1 to 2 years related work experience is required
❖Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
