岗位职责
This is a project internship position within the Derivatives & Strats team of the Fixed Income Department at China International Capital Corporation (CICC). The role primarily supports day-to-day FICC derivatives research and development, and works closely with the sales and trading team to deliver customized solutions that address the comprehensive risk management and investment needs of both onshore and offshore clients. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Track market and regulatory developments, conduct applied research on derivatives topics, and contribute to product innovation;
· Participate in platform structuring, product design, pricing, documentation preparation, and trade execution of FICC derivatives;
· Provide timely support for ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.

· Uphold integrity, humility and diligence with sound professional ethics.
· Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, with an expected graduation year of 2027 or 2028. Majors in finance, economics, management, mathematics, engineering, computer science, statistics, financial engineering, or related fields are preferred; coursework or experience in stochastic calculus, optimization, statistics, and fixed-income derivatives is a plus;
· Able to commit to at least 3 working days per week;
· Strong communication and coordination skills, with a rigorous and conscientious approach to work;
· Excellent learning agility and adaptability, able to keep pace with the team’s workflow in day-to-day operations;
· Proficient in standard office software; programming proficiency (e.g., Python, C++, etc.) is a plus;
· Prior experience in derivatives is preferred.
