岗位职责
1. Provide dedicated support for an in-depth research report on the offshore US dollar market for public release. The findings will provide references for the development of China's offshore market and support cross-border business expansion.
协助团队撰写拟对外公开发布的离岸美元市场深度研究报告，研究成果可为国内离岸市场建设提供参考借鉴，并助力跨境业务拓展；
2. Conduct literature review, thematic research and data analysis, and take responsibility for drafting selected chapters or modules of the report.
参与文献梳理、专题研究与数据分析，承担报告部分章节或专题模块的梳理和优化；
3. Track developments in the offshore US dollar market and related regulatory policies, and maintain research materials and data workbooks.
跟踪离岸美元市场及相关监管政策动态，维护研究素材与数据底稿；
4. Collect, process and analyze data using international finance databases, and support charting and report formatting.
基于国际金融相关数据库开展数据收集、处理与分析，支持图表制作与报告排版。
岗位要求
1. 1st/2nd-year PhD students are preferred, and master's students are also welcome. Finance, Economics or related majors.
优先面向博士一、二年级在读学生，硕士研究生亦可；金融、经济等相关专业；
2. Solid foundation in international finance research, with literature and theory grounding in international money and offshore capital markets.
具备扎实的国际金融研究基础，拥有国际货币与离岸资本市场方向的文献与理论基础；
3. Familiar with international finance databases such as Wind, Bloomberg and CEIC; strong data processing and analysis capabilities.
熟悉Wind、Bloomberg、CEIC等国际金融相关数据库，具备较强的数据处理与分析能力；
4. Strong research synthesis and drafting skills, with rigorous logic and clear writing.
具备良好的研究梳理与文稿撰写能力，逻辑严谨、文字表达清晰；
5. Most importantly, a strong interest in international money and offshore capital markets, and the ability to stay committed to in-depth research work with stable internship hours.
最重要的是对国际货币与离岸资本市场方向抱有浓厚兴趣，能够扎实完成深度研究类工作，并保证相对稳定的实习投入时间。
