About the company
Our client is a well-established insurance company in Hong Kong. To cope with the recent expansion, they are now looking for candidates for a (Senior) Product Manager under their Life Insurance Product (Saving Product) team.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Head, you will formulate and implement product strategy of life insurance products. You have to manage product life cycle and suggest new product ideas for driving business target. You are required to develop end-to-end product road map and product proposition for driving business result. You are requested to work closely with various distribution channels and monitor the sales performance of external business partners. In addition, you will establish product related risk guidelines and conduct market research to ensure the smooth implementation of insurance products.
The successful applicant
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Degree holder in business administration, marketing or related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years relevant life insurance product development experience in insurance firms.
Solid in managing all-rounded life product development and product marketing activities.
Sound regulatory and compliance knowledge in insurance industry required.
Good business sense, digital project skills and multi-tasking.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
