About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. Due to their recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for their Assistant Product Development Manager position for their Debit Card Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Head of Debit Card Product, you will formulate end-to-end product development of new debit card features and related enhancement projects on multi-currency card projects. You have to develop debit card product strategy and engage in product enhancement and revamp program, from card product design, card association coordination, product pricing, features development, UAT projects and performance analysis. You are required to initiate marketing ideas in boosting debit card acquisition and usage in order to achieve business targets. In addition, you will assist in managing card P&L, card product compliance issues and card operations streamline to achieve card business growth.
The successful candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder in Business related disciplines.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Debit Card or Credit Card product development in retail banks.
Sound knowledge in managing card product life cycle and new features development.
Solid card product marketing and UAT enhancement project background.
Analytical mind, good organization skills and able to work independently.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
