A reputable financial institution is hiring an experienced Dealer/ Senior Dealer to support its precious metals trading business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Execute precious metals transactions for institutional and interbank clients across international and China-related markets

Provide competitive pricing and support market-making activities

Monitor global market developments and precious metals price movements; provide timely market commentary and trading insights

Support new product launches, trading-system testing, process enhancement, and preparation of operating procedures

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, exchange rules, internal controls, and risk-management policies

Identify and escalate trading or operational risks, and coordinate with relevant internal teams as required

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline

At least 5 years' experience in precious metals trading or dealing

Experience across both China and overseas markets is preferred

Proven trading performance, strong market judgement, analytical skills, and sound risk awareness
