Sales Operations Assistant

岗位职责
• Coordinate with clients and the warehouse team for stock planning and arranging inbound/outbound shipments
• Assist the commercial and sales teams with daily operations including processing sales orders in the SAP System
• Provide documentation support for operational reports, including business performance and team KPI
• Maintain the daily inventory balance and monthly stock take
• Assist in planning and supporting medical congresses, industry exhibitions, surgeon workshops, and hands-on wet labs/simulation training events
• Help manage marketing collateral, product brochures, exhibition booth design and digital content, ensuring all messaging aligns with regulatory standards and medical device compliance guidelines

岗位要求
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; previously in the MedTech / medical device field is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communications skill. Able to work independently as well as a team member
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
