Business Development Manager - Hotel Management

Job Duties

Advise and coordinate on business and operational needs in new developments/projects

Analyze on business results and derive insights and recommendations on sales strategies and operation needs

Establish business network and explore new business opportunities

Work closely with business partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related discipline

Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in hotel sales and operations

Knowledge on property management is an advantage

Strong business sense and result oriented

Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua

Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
