Senior Property Officer / Property Officer (Leasing)

Job Duties:

Implement marketing strategies and monitor property income and expenses of the assigned portfolio of commercial property portfolios

Negotiate with potential and existing tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal issues

Oversee the management and operation of assigned property portfolios

Requirements:

Degree holder (property related academic qualifications would be an advantage)

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in commercial property field with leasing experience

Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua

Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing

Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Property Officer
