Club Representative - Club Marketing

Job Purpose: Provide professional customer service at the Wynn Rewards member counter, including assisting members with membership benefits, promotions, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Wynn Rewards counter and assist to do registration for new member

• Issue complimentary gifts according to Club Marketing policies and procedures

• Perform member benefit redemptions and issue complimentary items and promotional benefits

Competencies and Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Education: High school degree or equivalent

Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and typing skills (English and Chinese)
