Job Descriptions:
❖Actively manage the daily operations of Limousine Services ensuring required
service levels are met. Coordinate and direct TMs on activities & services and
assign specific tasks as they arise
❖Be familiar with all hotel, services /features & local attractions/activities to respond
to guest inquiries accurately
❖Evaluate the staffing requirements and prepare work schedules adhering to
budget goals, being mindful of overtime and actively managing staffing within the
shift, subject to guest demand
❖Analyze daily summary of activities of and not limited to, audit use of vehicles
compared to petrol consumption, postings into POS are done correctly by
reconciling daily transactions, trends for rostering purposes
Position Requirements:
❖Bachelor Degree of Hospitality, Transportation, Business or Tourism field are
preferred
❖Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin andEnglish
❖2-3 years of experience in hotel guest services, transportation and carpark is
preferred
❖Possess a valid driving license for private vehicles and excellent driving record
❖Knowledge of system, such as ARTS/LMS/VR is an advantage
