海外项目管理岗 Overseas Project Management

职位描述：
1、具体项目开发的策划、启动、实施、监控、收尾管理；
2、支持部门项目管理能力及体系建设；
3、组织项目各类汇报、申报等材料的编制；
4、组织质量阀评审，提升项目各阶段开发质量；
5、定期总结项目状态，召开项目会议，协调和平衡各功能模块之间的冲突；
6、以项目计划为主线，识别和管理大项目组范围内（造型、战略、工程、SQE、ME、基地、销售、售后、动力、采购等）的风险并协调各种资源进行解决。

任职资格：
1、车辆工程类专业、机械设计类专业、管理类专业；
2、掌握项目管理方法和工具；
3、2027 届全日制硕士研究生。
Position Description:
1. Planning, initiation, implementation, monitoring and closing management of specific project development;
2. Support departmental project management capability and system construction;
3. Organize the preparation of various project reports, applications and other materials;
4. Organize quality gate reviews to improve the development quality of each project stage;
5. Regularly summarize project status, hold project meetings, and coordinate and balance conflicts between functional modules;
6. Taking the project plan as the main line, identify and manage risks within the scope of the large project team (styling, strategy, engineering, SQE, ME, base, sales, after-sales, powertrain, procurement, etc.) and coordinate various resources for resolution.

Qualifications:
1. Vehicle engineering major, mechanical design major, management major;
2. Mastery of project management methods and tools;
3. 2027 full-time master's degree graduate.
