AI Agent 产品经理（Zawa）

岗位职责：

· 负责AI Agent内容产品的整体规划与迭代，主导需求洞察、方案设计、版本规划与上线工作，对产品使用率、留存率等核心指标负责；

· 深入理解电商、社媒等场景下的内容需求，制定针对性产品策略，提升生成内容的稳定性与可用性；

· 建立“内容质量+营销效果”的量化评估体系与自动化案例回溯机制，输出质量评分与优化建议，与设计团队共同推动内容效果持续提升；

· 分析用户使用数据与反馈，跟踪竞品和市场动态，持续优化产品易用性、视觉细节和整体体验。

任职要求：

· 3年以上产品经理或产品设计经验；

· 了解AI Agent生态；

· 有好奇心，自驱力强，学习能力强。

· 有AI/AIGC/工具类/创作产品相关经验；

· 有AI Agent相关动手实践作品。

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the full product lifecycle for an agent-native design product, from user insight and solution design through release planning, iteration, and ongoing measurement of core metrics including usage and retention;

· Develop a deep understanding of content requirements in e-commerce and social media scenarios, and define product strategies that improve output stability, reliability, and practical usability;

· Build a quantitative evaluation system covering both content quality and marketing effectiveness, including automated case review, quality scoring, and actionable optimization recommendations in collaboration with designers;

· Analyze user data, feedback, competitor activity, and market trends to continuously improve product usability, visual detail, and overall experience.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of product management or product design experience;

· Working knowledge of the AI agent ecosystem and agent-native product patterns;

· Proven ability to translate ambiguous user needs into clear product requirements and shipped outcomes;

· Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and user feedback to inform product decisions;

· Curiosity and self-direction: you proactively explore unfamiliar domains and turn what you learn into product improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience with AI, AIGC, creative tools, or content production products;

· Hands-on practice with AI agent workflows, prototypes, or side projects that demonstrate applied understanding.
