任职要求
1、微电子相关专业，硕士学历；
2、熟悉Verilog RTL Design、Cell Library、Synthesis、Simulation、Timing Analysis等相关IC Design Flow；
3、有Scan/ATPG、Memory BIST、Boundary Scan、Functional Pattern Generation、ATE相关经验者佳；
4、熟悉DFT Tool(例如DFTCompiler、TetraMAX、FastScan、TestKompress、DFTMAX、MBISTArchitect)者尤佳；
5、积极负责、勇于迎接挑战，对于Nanometer SoC DFT Implementation与Flow Development有兴趣者。
岗位职责
负责先进制程IC的DFT Planning、Implementation、Verification，DFT电路设计，以及DFT Flow Automation/Development。
