Job description:

作为一名射频IC设计工程师，将负责根据规范设计和实施CMOS关键收发器模块的工作。和她的团队在规定期限内，进行仿真，并参与收发器IC的布局和测试。

As a RF IC Design Engineer, he/she will be responsible for designing and implementing CMOS key transceiver blocks from specifications. He/she will work in a team to meet scheduled deadlines, performing simulation and participate in layout and testing of the transceiver IC.

Requirements：

1. 对于无线系统需要有基本的知识。

Need to have basic knowledge about wireless systems.

2. 对射频系统设计和权衡有良好的理解。

Good understanding in RF system design and tradeoffs.

3. 对射频子系统有丰富的设计经验，如LNA，Mixer，PA等

Strong design experience in RF sub-systems such as LNA、Mixer，PA，

4. 对于封装的联合设计和权衡有良好的理解。

Good understanding with package cosim and tradeoffs.

5. 必须具备基本的IC布局技能，能够与定制的IC布局设计师合作进行平面规划，并为布局后模拟仿真进行寄生提取。进行寄生提取，进行布局后模拟。

Must Have basic IC layout skill and can work with custom IC layout designer in floor planning and perform parasitic extraction for post layout simulation.

6. 具备测试/调试知识，制定测试计划和可测试性设计。

Test/debugging knowledge to devise test plan and design for testability.

7. 熟练使用各种EM仿真工具。

Familar with EM simulation tools.
