岗位职责和要求

Lead strategic business plan for DI across EC platforms.

• Lead and meet annual sales target with share growth

• Lead JBP collaboration

• Lead AIPL business agenda

• Co work with brand&smkt team on integrated marketing plan

• Co work with DI distribution leader to manage POP business

• Lead investment plan

Good influencing skill to co-work with cross function teams and platforms

• Good influencing and communication skill in corporate with MKT/Operation/team-members, etc

• Be willing to lead cross function partners to deliver win-win result

Good communication skill to increase customer relationship

• Experience and Knowledge of Health Care categories

• B2C business management, Douyin is preferred, with strong consumer insights

Education and Experience

• At least 10 years of successful sales development experience, business management of EC Platforms

Specific Knowledge

• Douyin and KA management

• Understand digital marketing

• EC business knowledge

• Good business sense and negotiation skill

• Independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

General skills

• Strong Communication Skill, both internal and external

Good Computer Skill, Especially on Microsoft Office
