1. A bachelor's degree in food science, quality management, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the dairy or food industry.

3. Proven experience in downstream quality management, with a significant focus on supply chain and warehousing quality control.

4. Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations, especially those related to dairy formula products, as well as supply chain and warehousing best practices.

5. Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to make data - driven decisions.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross - functional teams and external partners.

7. Proficiency in using quality management tools and software, as well as supply chain management systems.

Fluent English in oral & written
