Senior Marketing Officer (Core Business)

What Will You be Doing

Lead data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive sustainable business growth

Design and deliver personalized customer journeys, including tailored product recommendations and search experiences

Plan, execute, and continuously optimize marketing campaigns, refining CRM best practices based on performance results

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and sales in line with business goals and KPIs

Analyze customer data, consumer behavior, and market trends to uncover opportunities and recommend improvement plans

Partner with cross-functional teams — sales team, IT, and external vendors — to implement and optimize marketing automation tools

Track and evaluate key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy

Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Who is Our Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Minimum 4 years of e-commerce experience in marketing or CRM

Practical expertise in integrating AI tools into daily marketing and e-commerce operations

Energetic individual with a strong sense of initiative, drive, and self-motivation, capable of working independently

A team-oriented player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
