Assistant Building Surveyor

Responsibilities:
Conduct building condition survey and diagnose building defects

Manage projects on building maintenance and renovation works

Handle government mandatory orders and notices related to investment properties

Co-ordinate with consultants, contractors, property management companies and tenants

Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Services, Property Management or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in building maintenance and renovation work

Experience in handling mandatory orders and minor works related to buildings is an advantage

Proficiency in PC applications

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
