Leasing Officer (Retail)

Responsibilities:
Handle leasing matters of the retail portfolio including leasing enquiries, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration

Assist to formulate and implement leasing strategy

Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports

Co-ordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out and renovation works

Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines

Minimum 1 year’s experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers

Proactive, positive attitude and good team player

Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
