● Drive the development of proposition for e-Commerce clients including lending, and cash management solutions
● Lead the design of new products and manage e-Commerce ecosystem partners to cater financing needs for both import & export customers
● Lead the design and operational rollout of dual factoring and/or refactoring programs
● Collaborate with Greater Bay Area team to drive cross-border collaboration
● Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and needs
● Work closely with the product team to ensure implementation on new initiatives to achieve business outcomes
岗位要求
● University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
● At least 5 years’ experience in Banking or Fintech industry with good knowledge and experiences in commercial lending, trade finance, or e-Commerce area.
● Highly motivated and proven record of delivery within challenging time scale
● Innovative and entrepreneur mindset, and strong sense of ownership in driving projects and implementing changes
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
● Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin);
● Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.
