Objectives of the Position

Drive technical activities that support business objectives by ensuring customer requirements for reliable, high-quality performance products that met industry standard, safely, cost-effectively and on time.

Provide timely technical solutions, troubleshooting support, and product sample that meet customer requirements and project timelines.

How You Will Do It

Executes and achieve trial (new product introduction) and troubleshooting requests.

Provide efficient technical service to customer, taking the lead in the polyurethanes especially applications of Conti-panel, Disconti-panel for Rigid foam Construction China.

Communicates and documents (internal and externally) all processing technologies/trends.

Initiate New Article registration and ensure BOM’s consistence.

Supports evaluation of alternative raw materials.

Documentation of all opportunities in salesforce.

Documentation of customer machine data ,processing guide , trials and troubleshooting in central platform.

Follows up development of new customers, applications and relevant processing technologies.

Collects market information (competitors, customers, regulations, etc.).

Ensures compliance to EHS requirements in labs & customer’s site.

Supports build up regional technical capability and fosters expertise exchange between countries and segments.

What We Look For

Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or equivalent.

More than 3 years of experience in Polyurethane of Chemical industry.

Industry experience in rigid polyurethane applications is preferred.

Knowledge of sandwich panel processing for construction applications is an advantage.

Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
