Department Overview
This QA team is responsible of the Quality Assurance of the Commerce Department services. You can be involved in leading e-commerce services, and develop your skills in a global environment.
Position Details
Monitor and report quality KPIs, identify trends and root causes
Work closely with product managers and development teams to define and improve system test specifications
Maintain high performance and improve bottom performers' processes through standardized QA processes
Assign and review tasks to team members (including outsourced members)
Multi-project management (including on-site/off-site management)
Lead Test strategy/planning/design/execution both manual and automation testing based on test management and quality judgement skill
Utilize AI tool in daisy tasks, such as project management and automation development
Mandatory Qualifications:
Over 4 years to lead QA team
ISTQB Foundation Level
Languages:
English: Fluent
Japanese: N3+ (Good to have. Not mandatory)
