AI Tech Lead (Suzhou)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the AI Engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and team development.

Drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering best practices for AI products.

Participate in product planning, technical discussions, and solution design to build scalable AI-powered applications.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead the delivery of high-quality software, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and drive their adoption to improve products and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.

Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

Hands-on experience building AI applications using LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, or related technologies.

Strong backend engineering and system design skills.

Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.

Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
