QA Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage QA function to satisfy customer requirement and drive quality improvement.

Responsible for all QA and QC functions, ensure products are inspected thoroughly and using the right method.

Manage QA/QC team workload in the most efficient way.

Ensure compliance with Regulatory Requirements and customer standards.

Solve the quality issue and is able to provide the solution or suggestion to the factory when any quality issue happened.

Manage New Product approval and work with customers on Quality alignment upfront.

Drive Quality Improvement to eliminate defects from production and operation.

Formulate Quality Plan and Reliability Test Plan to meet Product Specification and Customer Requirement.

Support product failure analysis for field returns; formulate Corrective and Preventive action.

Drive Supplier Quality.

Initiate and follow-up in department QA/QC associates continuous improvement, upgrading their level.

Provide support and training to the factory for quality improvement.

Report to Management for any issues/progress in the factory and provide any other reports to Management as requested.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree. Must have high ethics and integrity.

Positive, assertive, and ready to take initiative to solve problems.

Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and good team player.

6 years plus quality related experience about textile/garment, at least 3 years in supervisor/manager position.

Worked in a factory or managed a factory is preferable.

Management ability and good interpersonal communication skills, strong sense of teamwork.
