Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the industrial engineering team in design and setup of line tooling, work station and production line for new products
Responsible for productivity improvement of assembly process and factory layout planning
Monitor of new product development progress, management of productivity improvement projects, coaching, and development of industrial engineering team
New project process fixture and machine preparation and evaluation
New project production document preparation, such as process manual, work instruction, standard worksheet
New project process development and research and improvement
Defects analysis and develop solutions
Job Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile or Garment (Industry related) or equivalent work experience
5 years management role in related product
Knowledge of PMTS
Experienced in implementing Lean Manufacturing; Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering & Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma is preferred
Strong knowledge and has ability to drive the capacity planning to meet programs requirement
Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve productivity & efficiency, and shorten lead time
