Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a group of technicians and technologists in delivering best products to support business development and expansion
Manage sample room daily operation to meet targeted output, quality standards and cost control requirements.
Improve material consumption, streamline sewing operation and reduce standard minutes value
Oversee product engineering to minimize quality risks, increase production efficiency and maintain cost effectiveness
Provide technical advices and keep up to date of latest techniques and methods for our products
Job Requirements:
Matriculated with technical institution training in textile / clothing technology or related disciplines or equivalent professional qualification
At least 8-10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing, solid sample room managerial experience in active sports products is highly preferred
Knowledge in garment construction and manufacturing process for apparel products
Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
Excellent negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with internal and external parties at all levels
Stationed in Dandong, PRC or Philippines
