工作内容
德勤中国全球交付中心（以下简称GDC）担负着为德勤中国各成员所提供服务支持的重任。GDC 财务咨询专业人员将为德勤中国财务咨询在项目交付支持、专项工作支持和IT开发等方面提供服务。GDC 通过构建专业能力、统一资源整合、规模化流程化的集中处理，形成高效率、高标准化的交付模式，为项目交付、客户服务、业务发展和管理提升提供远程支持。
Providing support for Deloitte Valuation & Modeling, including search and summarize relevant companies, comparable transaction or data,
basic economic analysis, industry analysis or target research.
为德勤估值和建模服务提供相关专业支持，包括搜索整理相关公司、可比交易的资料或数据，基本的经济分析，行业分析或目标公司调研等工作。
• Research & Analysis
研究与分析.
-Conduct economy, industry, or target company research and summarize the research result in report format;
进行经济，行业或目标公司研究，并以报告格式总结研究成果
-Financial data analysis;
分析财务数据；
-Search comparable companies / transactions, and calculate market multiples and WACC accordingly;
搜索可比公司/可比交易，并计算相应的市场倍数和加权平均成本；
-Provide data processing and analytical support to FA service lines in business development, project delivery, knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives.
为财务咨询部门各业务线的业务开发、项目交付、知识管理和思想领导计划提供数据处理和分析支持。
任职条件
• 本科或研究生学历 - 会计，金融，经济学或其他相关专业Internship ；Bachelor degree or Master degree with major in accounting, finance, economics, or other related subject;
• 有咨询公司或研究机构实习经验者优先；
experience in consulting firm or research institution preferred;
• 具有良好的中英文沟通和报告写作能力；
Strong communication and report writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• 通过CFA，CPA或其他专业考试者优先；
CFA, CPA, or other technical designation would be an advantage;
• 具有优秀的团队合作精神，出色的分析，沟通，演讲和人际交往能力；
A good team player with excellent analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• 熟练互联网搜索和Microsoft Office产品；
Proficient in Internet search and Microsoft Office products;
• 熟悉Bloomberg，Capital IQ和WIND等数据研究工具者优先。
Familiar with data research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and WIND would be a plus.
